|The Saffron breeding program uses world leading German stallions combined with imported German and APH mares|
Year of Birth: February, 1999
Belissimo (Beltrain/ St Pr ST Roxa) needs no introduction. One of the most brilliantly talented and successful breeding stallions in the world.
Belissimo M himself was a model student under saddle: Top auction horse, record breaking stallion performance test winner, Bundeschampion, finalist at the World Championship for young dressage horses. In recognition of his breeding significance Belissimo M has been honoured in a way that only a few top stallions have: He now is allowed to perform as a representative of his homeland, as Belissimo NRW.
His sons and daughters cause a sensation Until the end of the last year Belissimo already presented 30 licensed sons, including numerous premium stallions, e.g. in Hanover (310,000 euro top prized Bentley), Oldenburg, Westphalia, Austria – there Bellheim became the 2009
Champion Stallion. After only three years in breeding there are already 51 state premium mares, including Champion Mares in Hanover and Bavaria as well as the 2009 Champion Mare of Westphalia, Brilliante.
As sire of rideability he eclipses all 8 stallion performance test winners and 3 vice performance test winners from his first three crops are possibly a world record! In addition, 3 Bundeschampions and Blickpunkt a celebrated bronze medal winner at the World Championship for young dressage horses in Verden 2009 – 5 offspring from his first crop (2004) were nominated for the World Championship! Further winners of championships (South Germany, Switzerland, USA) and many high priced auction horses world-wide – Belissimo M resoundingly stamps his foals with equestrian qualities for the highest demands. According to FN’s estimated breeding value statistics 2009 he is ranked fifth nationwide as a dressage sire with 169 points. This resounding inheritance is the result of systematic performance breeding
He was Champion of the stallion show in Den Bosch and the convincing champion of the spring 7- day performance test in Ermelo 2008. By the guest riders described as the best stallion of the last couple of years. His grades
The stallion attracts attention with his fantastic canter, suppleness and super character. He has a great mind and incredible movement.
Ampère is a world class champion stallion. This eye-catching stallion steals the show whenever he steps into the spotlight. It all started when he left the arena as the most expensive foal at the foal auction Borculo. In February 2008 at the stallion show Den Bosch he made the hearts of many spectators beat faster and became the convincing champion of the stallion show. After that this Breathtaking brown stallion became the indubitable winner of the 70 day performance test in Ermelo.
The exemplary stallion presents himself extremely highbred with overwhelming and striking charm, beautiful neck and breathtaking body. Over and over again he convinces jury members and spectators with his brilliant type combined with three fantastic basic gaits. He shows excellent modern riding horse type.
In 1997 Londonderry was the winner of the stallion licensing. In 1998 he came fifth in the stallion performance test achieving 134.56 points for dressage. He developed in a very positive way during daily training, and is more and more eager to work. He has an immaculate appearance, well-shaped muscles and a big-framed constitution. He is an excellent type with a lovely expression. Londonderry has an outstanding walk, with a score of 10 at his performance test in 1998. He scored 9 for character and 8 for temperament which are all well above average. The conformation score was also 8 and rideability scores were 8 and 9. This indicates that Londonderry is a horse with particular ability for dressage. He would be a good stallion to refine some of the heavier Warmblood mares. In 1999 this captivating stallion convincingly won the riding horse performance test during the German Riding Championships in Verden and then the highest results at the Federal Championship of German Riding Horses in Warendorf as well. Two years later in 2001 he repeated his success when he became Vice-Champion of the 6 year old dressage horses in Warendorf.
